Surmounter Restoration Ministries Global

Surmounter Restoration Ministries Global was established with a deep awareness of the challenges affecting individuals, families, and communities. Many people today face struggles including illness, lack of basic necessities,

unemployment, harmful cultural practices, and spiritual hardship. In response to these realities, the ministry exists to bring hope, healing, and restoration through the power of Jesus Christ.

Our Vision

To see all nations delivered from sin and the captivity of the devil, living in righteousness and holiness, with their spiritual, physical, and social needs met through the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Mission Statement

To equip people spiritually and physically so that they could minister God in a perfect and delivered way.

Our Goal

To evangelize the gospel of righteousness, holiness, deliverance and restoration to all nations so that they could enter heaven when they are delivered because there isn't anybody who is going to enter the kingdom of God when he/she is under sin and captivity of the devil.

Founder & Senior Pastor

Pastor Kasinga Ssemanda Ronald (Victor) is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Surmounter Restoration Ministries Global. He began his ministry journey in 2010, establishing his first work known as Victor’s Restoration Ministries International.

In 2017, Pastor Kasinga expanded the ministry by opening a branch in Bweyogerere, Kampala, where the church fellowship met in a rented facility. Guided by faith and vision, the ministry continued to grow, and in 2021, God provided land for a permanent home in Namugongo–Jinja Misindye.
